Drug Free treatment of
Dyslexia (learning problems), Dyspraxia (movement problems), Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Hyperactivity (ADHD), Bed-wetting, Anxiety, Dyscalculia (Math problems), Lack of Balance
All may be caused by a delay in the development of a part of the nervous system. This may effect a person for a lifetime, but it is possible to treat it at any age. How would one know if one had such a delay, called Neuro Developmental Delay (NDD)? A series of physical tests will show physical reflexes which interfere with the person and which can be related to Dylexia, Dyspraxia, ADD, Etc... , depending on the individual. Of the people coming to the clinic 85% have NDD as their basic problem. Those who are accepted to the program and who follow the program of exercises can achieve significant reduction of symptoms and many will achieve normal or better than normal functioning.
For Children we have a Preliminary Childrens Questionnaire
to find out if this NDD may be causing their condition. We follow that up with a telephone interview and preliminary physical tests.
In the case of Adults contact should be made by
eMail: e.j.vard@open.ac.uk
and an initial telephone interview arranged. Following the telephone interview preliminary physical tests can be carried out to confirm the presence of NDD
BACKGROUND
Holding a B.Sc. Hons. and a Masters of Science Degree. She is a university lecturer in Biological Psychology and Science, trained in Psychology and Neurodevelopmental Therapy, she has 25 years research experience in Ireland and North America. She treats both Children and Adults for Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Hyperactivity, Bed-wetting, Anxiety, Dyscalculia, Lack of Balance and similar conditions, without the use of medication or drugs. She speaks on the role of primitive reflexes in specific learning difficulties, balance and coordination problems, and runs summer courses for primary teachers dealing with children with the above conditions.
NDT:
First developed in 1969, it has been successfully used in Ireland over the past twenty years to treat Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Hyperactivity, Bed-wetting, Anxiety, Dyscalculia, Lack of Balance, without the use of medication and drugs. It has also been used in thousands of cases internationally, since its origination. The therapy is recognised by many Irish Schools, with many students having been successfully referred. Training programs are also available for teachers dealing with these conditions in the classroom.
